How to use

Set up and use your Exodus device

Every Exodus device ships with a printed manual. These two-minute videos walk through the same steps in order: what is in the box, how to set it up, how to run a session, and how long and how often.

Watch the one for your device, then keep the Safety page handy. Each device has its own session limit, and the limits are not interchangeable.

Red Light+ Mat

In this video: what is in the box, set up, your session, and how long and how often.

The mat is the heart of the Total Body Reset. Lay it flat on a dry, level floor and plug it into a wall outlet only.

  • schedule 20 to 30 minutes a session, at least 4 hours apart. 90 minutes is the timer limit, not a target.
  • power Wall outlet through the supplied adapter. Never a power bank or an extension cord.
  • visibility Goggles if you are light-sensitive. Some LEDs look dark: near-infrared is nearly invisible.

Red Light+ Face Mask

In this video: what is in the box, set up, your session, and how long and how often.

Charge it to three solid bars, attach the straps and blindfolds, and start on clean, dry, bare skin with no make-up or sunscreen.

  • schedule Up to 5 minutes a session, three days a week, for eight weeks. More is not better.
  • light_mode M cycles the modes. NIR adds near-infrared. E sets brightness: start low for the first week.
  • timer Set the timer before you put it on. It shuts off on its own.

Red Light+ Wand

In this video: what is in the box, set up, your session, and how long and how often.

Charge it by USB, put the glasses on, and work one area at a time, close to clean, bare skin, moving slowly.

  • timer 2 to 5 minutes on one area, by tier. 5 minutes in a row is the heat limit, not a guideline.
  • schedule At least 1 minute off before the next area. Give it about three weeks before judging.
  • battery_charging_full USB charging, 3 to 5 hours from flat.

Belt+

In this video: what is in the box, set up, your session, and how long and how often.

The same two wavelengths as the mat, in a wrap you wear. Wrap it around the abdomen, lower back, hips or a larger joint, fasten the closure and plug it into the wall.

  • schedule 10 minutes per area, once a day, is the everyday habit. 30 minutes is the ceiling.
  • light_mode Choose red, near-infrared or both, one of five brightness levels, and set the timer.
  • power Wall outlet with the included adapter. No battery inside, nothing to charge.

Solomon's Crown

In this video: what is in the box, set up, your session, and how long and how often.

Charge it by USB, then wear it. It is cordless and hands free, with the light sitting right at the scalp.

  • schedule 10 minutes a session. 20 minutes is the limit, up to twice a day.
  • battery_charging_full Cordless. Charge with the USB cable in the hard carry case.
  • visibility Three wavelengths at once. The 1070 nm LEDs look dark: that is normal.

Red Light Cap

In this video: what is in the box, set up, your session, and how long and how often.

Fit the insert into the cap, charge it, and wear it. The timer ends the session for you.

  • timer 20 minutes, fixed. The timer ends it.
  • schedule Three to five times a week.
  • light_mode Red and blue LEDs in a removable insert.
