I absolutely love the mat. My husband and I use it every day, and we truly feel so much better. Mind, body, and spirit. Thank you so much.
What's in the box
Red Light+ Mat (180 x 80 cm) with its digital controller, power cord and adapter
Frequency Relief Card
Light Code System Manual
Protective goggles are an optional accessory
Specs
Size: 180 x 80 cm (70.9 x 31.5 in)
Light: 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared in every LED
Modes: full light, 10 Hz pulse, 40 Hz pulse
Brightness: five levels, P1 to P5
Timer: 10 to 90 minutes, in 10-minute steps; shuts off on its own
Power: 125 W, wall outlet only, via the supplied adapter
Warranty: 1 year, materials and workmanship
How to use
Lay the mat flat on a dry, level floor or bed and plug it into the wall.
Lie on your back or stomach. Many people do half a session each way.
The manufacturer recommends 20 to 30 minutes per session, at least 4 hours apart.
Start at a low brightness and build up over the first few weeks.
Set the timer before you lie down. It turns itself off.
Half the chips emit near-infrared light you can't see. A partly dark mat is working normally.

Red Light+ Mat
$899.00
Your body is ready to respond.
You have been carrying more than you let on.
You run the house. You track everyone's sleep, everyone's aches, everyone's energy, and somewhere in that, your own got pushed to the back. The Mat does not ask you to add another task. You lie down, the light does its work, and twenty minutes later you get up.
What you are after is sleep that restores, skin that draws comments, and a baseline that feels steadier through the week. Near-infrared is invisible, so part of the Mat looks dark while it runs. That is normal. The light you cannot see is still on, and near-infrared passes through light clothing.
Five pieces. One routine.
The Mat, the card and the plan.
The Red Light+ Mat. A full-body Mat, 180 x 80 cm, with 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared light in every LED. Lie on your back or your stomach; it covers whichever side is against it.
The controller. Sets the mode (full light, 10 Hz or 40 Hz), the brightness (P1 to P5) and the timer (10 to 90 minutes). It shuts the Mat off when your time is up.
The power cord and adapter. Wall outlet only, through the supplied adapter. Never a power bank, never an extension cord.
The Frequency Relief Card. Wallet-size, no battery, nothing to charge. The Frequencies pillar, carried through the day, including during your session.
The Light Code System manual. Your schedule, from 20 minutes at P1 or P2 in week one to 20 to 30 minutes, daily if you like. It also covers the rest of the Light Code System (Light, Frequencies, Fuel, Faith) for whenever you add it.
Better value
Most people choose the Total Body Reset
The Total Body Reset is this same mat, plus the Frequency Relief Card and the printed Prayer Guide, and it costs less than the mat on its own.
The manual walks you through each one. Here is what it looks like in practice.
1
Set up
Lay the Mat flat on a dry, smooth, level floor near a wall outlet. Connect the controller to the Mat and the adapter to the outlet.
2
Session
Press power, choose a mode, set your time and brightness. Week one starts at 20 minutes on P1 or P2. The timer shuts the Mat off when your session ends.
3
Repeat
Three or four times in the first week, building to daily if you like. The manual lays out your whole first month, so you never decide how long or how often on your own.
What the routine actually gives you
The dose is already set
check_circle
The manual gives you the session length, the brightness and how many times a week, from day one. Nothing to research, guess or remember. One less decision between you and the session.
A plan for the week motivation dips
event_available
The manual's first month tells you what to run in week one and what to run in week four, so the harder weeks are already planned.
Your whole body in one session
timer
At 180 x 80 cm, the Mat covers your whole back or your whole front. Split the time, half on each side. One Mat, one floor, one session.
Clothes on is fine
check_circle
Near-infrared passes through fabric, so a session in light clothing is a real option. That makes a lunch break or an early morning easier to fit in.
The timer does the watching
check_circle
Set your time before you lie down. The Mat shuts itself off when the session ends, even if you drift off. No clock to watch, nothing to come back and switch off.
One payment, nothing that renews
payments
A one-time purchase. No subscription, no pods, no refills. Every session you run lowers what each one costs, which a weekly spa appointment never does.
Read more about the routine
The kettle, the dog and twenty quiet minutes.
The kettle is on. The dog has been out. The first notification of the day is sitting unread on your phone, and for once you have decided not to open it yet.
You unroll the Mat on the living room floor, plug it in and press power. You set the timer to 20 minutes and lie down on your back.
Part of the Mat looks dark. That is the near-infrared, which the eye cannot see, and the manual told you to expect it.
The house is quiet. Nothing is being asked of you. The timer will end the session, so you do not watch the clock.
This is not a spa and not a clinic. It is a floor, a Mat and twenty minutes you decided were yours. The manual already says when the next one is.
The question behind the manual.
The common question: How many LEDs does it have?
The better question: What will you still be doing in week six?
Spec sheets are easy to compare: LED counts, wattage, wavelength lists. They matter up to a point. Past that point, what decides whether a Mat stays in use is whether you know how long, how bright and how often.
Research on red and near-infrared light describes a biphasic dose response: too little does little, and more is not better (Huang et al., 2009). There is a window, and the manual is built around it. The session length, the brightness and the four-week schedule are the dose. The Mat and the plan come together, because one without the other ends up in a drawer.
Twenty minutes that belong to you
The alarm goes off. The dog needs feeding. Someone has a 9 a.m. call and needs the quiet room. You have done everyone else's morning before your own has started.
The mat is already unrolled on the bedroom floor. You set the timer for twenty minutes, choose your mode and lie down. That is the whole ask.
You are not at a clinic. You are on your back in your own room while the house does what it does around you. When the timer ends, you get up, having done one thing for yourself first.
We would rather lose the sale than overpromise.
The Red Light+ Mat is a full-body Mat that delivers two wavelengths of light, with a manual that sets the dose and the schedule. That is what it is.
It is not a clinic and not a quick fix. It diagnoses nothing, promises no result, and it is not for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, take photosensitizing medication, or have a light-sensitive condition, talk with your doctor first. It is not for infants or children.
You have bought things that overpromised before. If this one is not the right fit, the 60-day guarantee means you are not stuck with it. We would rather you know all of that now.
Where it goes in a week like yours

Red Light+ Mat
vs. Before
The research, straight
Two wavelengths. Two depths.
Photobiomodulation is the scientific name for red light therapy. Red light near 660 nm is absorbed in the surface layers of the skin, while near-infrared near 850 nm travels deeper. Research suggests these wavelengths interact with the mitochondria, the energy-producing structures inside cells. Source: de Freitas and Hamblin, IEEE J Sel Top Quantum Electron, 2016.
More light is not better light. The response is biphasic: too little does little, and too much can reduce the benefit. That is why the manual gives you a time, a brightness and a schedule. Source: Huang et al., Dose Response, 2009.
The honest part: these studies are about red and near-infrared light in general, not Exodus Strong products specifically. We have not run clinical trials on the mat.

Why this exists
He is healthier at 58 than he was at 44.
Rob Rene is 58. He survived a Stage III melanoma diagnosis and five near-death experiences, and he is healthier now than he was at 44. That is why Exodus Strong exists.
He writes in the manual: "The body is designed to restore itself when it is given the right conditions. Light is one of those conditions." And: "More is not better. Consistency is what carries this."
So he did not stop at the device. The Red Light+ Mat comes with the routine written down: the time, the brightness and your first month, in the manual, in the box.
He made it simple on purpose, because simple is what gets kept. Rak Chazak.

Digital controller. Mode, brightness and the timer.
Power cord and adapter. Wall outlet only.

Light Code System manual, Edition 1.0. Your first month, session by session.
Also included: nothing digital with the Mat on its own.
Not in the box: the printed Prayer Guide and the 90-day Light Code Guide trial, which come with the Total Body Reset. Protective goggles are an optional accessory.

The session limit: 20 to 30 minutes a session, at least 4 hours apart.
One payment. Nothing renews, nothing is sent automatically, and there is no membership. You pay once and the Mat is yours.
Should I buy the Mat or the Total Body Reset?
The Total Body Reset. It is this same Mat, card and manual, plus the printed Prayer Guide, and it costs less: $697 against $899.
Is there a human I can call?
Yes. Call 972-777-5556 or email Support@ExodusStrong.com. If anything arrives missing or damaged, contact us before your first use, and do not attempt a repair.
How long and how often should I use it?
Start at 20 minutes on P1 or P2, three or four times in the first week. Weeks two to four, 20 to 30 minutes, four or five times a week. After that, daily if you like. Leave at least four hours between sessions so the Mat and adapter do not overheat.
Some of the lights look dark. Is the Mat working?
Yes. The 850 nm near-infrared light is invisible to the eye, so a partly dark Mat is working normally.
Can I lie on it through clothing?
Yes. Near-infrared passes through fabric, so a session in light clothing is a real option. For the 660 nm red light, direct skin contact is best, though not required.
Can I lie on my stomach?
Yes. The Mat covers whichever side of you is against it. Lie on your back, your stomach, or split the session, half on each side.
What if I fall asleep during a session?
The timer shuts the Mat off at the end of the time you set, so it will not run all night. Set your time before you lie down.
Can I use the Mat on the same day as a face mask or wand?
Yes. Keep each device inside its own limit, with a little space between sessions. The mask and wand are five-minute devices; the Mat's times never carry across to them.
Do I need goggles?
Not for normal use. Do not stare into the LEDs. Goggles are an optional accessory, not in the standard box, and recommended if you are photosensitive, take light-sensitizing medication, or your doctor advises it.
Is it safe for me?
Talk with your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, take photosensitizing medication, or have a light-sensitive condition. It is not for infants or children. Stop and speak to a healthcare provider if you feel dizzy, sick or headachy, or have eye discomfort or skin redness that has not faded within an hour.
How does the guarantee work?
Use the Mat for up to 60 days. If it is not right for you, contact us inside that window for a full refund. The Mat also has a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
