Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, unless the product is out of stock. Those customers will be notified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If fulfillment experiences a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Significant delays will be communicated directly via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days. $5.90, or free on orders of $200 or more, including the Total Body Reset.
Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days. $9.90.
Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days. Call 972-777-5556 before you order and we will quote it.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics beyond our operational control.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will activate within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Exodus Strong is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days at support@exodusstrong.com or 972-777-5556 with your order number and, for damage, a few photos of the box and the item. Keep the packaging until we have talked. We handle the carrier claim ourselves and send a replacement or a refund.
International Shipping
Checkout is set up for US orders. If you are outside the United States, contact us at support@exodusstrong.com or 972-777-5556 before you order. We can ship to you, and we will calculate the shipping charge for your address and explain the process, including any customs or duties.
