The guessing was the problem.

Good devices end up in drawers.

You have done the research. A month of tabs, reviews and comparison charts, and still no clear answer. Before that came the supplements that were a waste of money, and a gadget that went into a drawer after two weeks. That is time and money you will not get back.

So many devices come with no session time, no starting level and no word on how soon to go again. So you guess, and then you stop. That is not a lack of discipline. Nobody told you the dose.

The Red Light+ Laser Blanket comes with its numbers stated. A first session of ten minutes at P1. Then twenty to thirty minutes, at least four hours apart, awake the whole time.

Each part has a job.

The bag and what comes with it.

The Laser Blanket. A full-body bag you lie inside, 180 x 80 x 30 cm, with a light panel under you and a light panel over you. The panels hold LED lights and laser modules together.

The controller and its cables. Power, time, intensity and pulse, with a display that shows the operating status. It stays outside the bag, uncovered.

The two power adapters. The bag runs from a wall outlet through both supplied adapters. Use only those two, and keep them outside the bag with room for air around them.

The user manual. The quick start, the safety notes and the care steps in one place.

Three steps. Every session.

Despite the name, this is not for sleeping in: the factory manual says do not use it while sleeping or unattended.

1

Set up

Lay the bag flat on a clean, dry, heat-resistant surface. With the power off, connect the bag, the controller and both adapters, then plug into a wall outlet. Keep the controller and adapters outside the bag.

2

Session

Lie inside in light, comfortable clothing and close the upper panel. Turn the controller on and choose the time, the intensity and continuous or pulse mode. A first session is 10 minutes at P1. Stay awake.

3

Finish

Turn it off, unplug it, open the bag and let it cool before cleaning or storing it. Leave at least 4 hours before the next session.

What is already worked out for you

The first session is written down

timer

Ten minutes at P1 in continuous mode. After that you add time or intensity gradually, by comfort. You never have to wonder where to begin.

The session length is set

timer

Twenty to thirty minutes, with at least four hours between sessions. One number to remember, and no research to redo each time you lie inside.

A timer that ends it

check_circle

Set the time before you begin. The bag shuts itself off when it ends. You stay awake and attentive, and the clock is one thing you do not have to watch.

Light under you and over you

One panel beneath you and one above, in a bag 180 x 80 x 30 cm. You lie inside once and stay put for the session.

Five levels, starting low

It switches on at P1, the lowest of five. If the warmth is more than you want, step down with the intensity control. You decide by comfort.

Read more about the routine

Ten minutes, awake, before the 9 a.m. call.

The kettle is on. The dog has been out. The 9 a.m. call is an hour away.

The bag is laid flat where the manual says: somewhere clean, dry, flat and heat-resistant. The controller and both adapters sit outside it, uncovered. You connected everything with the power off, then plugged in.

You lie inside in a T-shirt and leggings, close the upper panel over you and turn the controller on. It starts at P1. This is your first session, so you take the timer down to 10 and leave the mode on continuous.

Some of the lights look dark. That is the near-infrared, which the eye cannot see. You may notice warmth. You are awake, and you stay that way.

The timer ends it. You switch off, unplug, open the bag and let it cool.

A different question.

The common question: How many lights and lasers does it have?

The better question: How long, at what level, and how soon again?

Counts are easy to compare and tell you little about a Tuesday morning. This page leaves them out on purpose. What you need before you lie inside is three things: how long, at what level, and how long to wait before the next session.

The factory documents answer all three. A first session of ten minutes at P1. Then twenty to thirty minutes, with at least four hours between sessions. The timer holds you to the time, and the controller starts at the lowest level each time you switch it on.

Despite the name, it is not for sleeping.

The Red Light+ Laser Blanket is a full-body bag with a light panel under you and a light panel over you, a controller, a timer and two power adapters. That is what it is.

It is not for sleeping in. The factory manual says do not use it while sleeping or unattended. You stay awake and attentive, every session.

It is not a clinic and not a quick fix. It diagnoses nothing and promises no result. It is not for everyone. Some people should talk with a qualified healthcare professional first, and the list is in the questions below. Keep it away from children and pets.

You have been sold promises before. We would rather tell you what it is and how to use it, and leave the rest out.

Laser Blanket vs. Before

Why Exodus Strong exists

He is healthier at 58 than he was at 44.

Rob Rene is the founder of Exodus Strong. He is 58. He survived a Stage III melanoma diagnosis and five near-death experiences, and he is healthier now than he was at 44. That is why Exodus Strong exists.

In the manual he writes: "The body is designed to restore itself when it is given the right conditions. Light is one of those conditions." And: "More is not better. Consistency is what carries this."

He built the company around one idea. A device is only as good as the routine that comes with it.

That is why this page gives you the first session, the session length and the gap between sessions before it gives you anything else. Simple is what gets kept. Rak Chazak.

Asked before buying

Is there a human I can call?

Yes. Call 972-777-5556 or email Support@ExodusStrong.com. If anything arrives missing or damaged, contact us before your first use, and do not attempt a repair.

Can I fall asleep in it?

No. It is not for sleeping in. Do not use it while sleeping or unattended. Stay awake and attentive for the whole session. The timer shuts it off at the end of the time you set, and that does not change the rule.

How long and how often should I use it?

20 to 30 minutes per session, with at least 4 hours between sessions. A suggested first session is 10 minutes at P1 in continuous mode. Do not exceed 90 minutes in a session. That is where the timer stops, not a target. The factory documents give no weekly schedule, so we do not state one.

What is the difference between the two kinds of light?

Both are built into the same panels. There are six wavelengths in all: 630, 660, 830, 850, 940 and 1064 nm. Three of them, 660, 850 and 1064 nm, also come from laser modules, which send their light in a narrow beam. All six come from the LED lights, which spread theirs over a wide angle.

Some of the lights look dark. Is it broken?

No. Red light is visible. Near-infrared wavelengths are invisible to the eye, so some lights do not appear lit. A partly dark panel is working normally.

Does it get warm?

Yes, it gets warm. If it is more than you want, choose a lower intensity with the P1 to P5 controls. Stop immediately if you feel excessive heat. Do not cover the bag with a quilt or blanket.

What do I wear inside it?

Wear light, comfortable clothing, or expose the area of skin you want. Lie comfortably inside and close the upper panel without sharply folding the light surfaces.

What about my eyes?

Avoid staring directly into the lit LEDs. Use suitable eye protection if you are light-sensitive.

Who should check with a professional first?

Talk with a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have photosensitivity or take photosensitizing medication, have an implanted electronic device, a seizure disorder, a serious medical condition or active cancer, are under medical care, or are not sure red or near-infrared light is right for you. Stop use immediately if you feel excessive heat, if anything hurts, or if you notice dizziness, nausea, skin irritation or any unusual reaction. Keep it away from children and pets.

Is there anything I should never do with it?

Keep the bag, controller, plugs and adapters away from water and moisture. Do not use it if any cable, connector, light surface, controller or adapter is damaged or unusually hot. Do not sharply fold, crease, puncture or compress the light surfaces, or put heavy objects on them. Keep the adapters and the controller uncovered and ventilated.

How do I clean and store it?

Switch off, unplug and let it cool. Wipe inside and out with a soft, slightly damp cloth, with mild soap only if needed. Never immerse, machine-wash, dry-clean or bleach it. Air-dry fully before reconnecting. Store it flat or loosely rolled.

Is there a guarantee?
