The guessing was the problem.

Good devices end up in drawers.

You have done the research. A month of tabs, reviews and comparison charts, and still no clear answer. Before that came the supplements that were a waste of money, and a gadget that went into a drawer after two weeks. That is time and money you will not get back.

So many devices come with no session time, no starting level and no word on how soon to go again. So you guess, and then you stop. That is not a lack of discipline. Nobody told you the dose.

The Red Light+ Blanket comes with its numbers stated. It switches on at P1, the lowest level, with thirty minutes on the timer. Sessions run twenty to thirty minutes, at least four hours apart, three or four times a week, awake the whole time.

Each part has a job.

The Blanket and what comes with it.

The Blanket. A full-body blanket you lie inside, 180 x 80 x 30 cm, with a light panel under you and a light panel over you. Both panels are lit at 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared, from triple-chip lights. No laser modules.

The two controllers and their cables. One for each panel. Power, time, intensity and pulse, with a display that shows the operating status. They stay outside the blanket, uncovered.

The two power adapters and cords. The blanket runs from a wall outlet through both supplied adapters. Use only those two, and keep them outside the blanket with room for air around them.

Protective goggles. One pair, for anyone who is light-sensitive.

The user manual. The quick start, the safety notes and the care steps in one place.

Three steps. Every session.

Despite the name, this is not for sleeping in: the manual says do not use it while sleeping.

1

Set up

Lay the blanket flat on a clean, dry surface. With the power off, connect each panel to its controller, the controllers to their adapters, then plug into a wall outlet. Keep the controllers and adapters outside the blanket.

2

Session

Lie inside in light, comfortable clothing and close the upper panel. Press the power button on each controller. It starts at P1 in continuous mode with thirty minutes on the timer. A first session is ten minutes at P1. Stay awake.

3

Finish

The timer shuts it off. Unplug it, open the blanket and let it cool before cleaning or storing it. Leave at least four hours before the next session.

What is already worked out for you

The first session is written down

timer

Ten minutes at P1 in continuous mode. After that you add time or intensity gradually, by comfort. You never have to wonder where to begin.

The session length is set

timer

Twenty to thirty minutes, with at least four hours between sessions, three or four times a week. One number to remember, and no research to redo each time you lie inside.

A timer that ends it

check_circle

Ten to ninety minutes in ten minute steps, set before you begin. The blanket shuts itself off when it ends. You stay awake and attentive, and the clock is one thing you do not have to watch.

Light under you and over you

check_circle

One panel beneath you and one above, in a blanket 180 x 80 x 30 cm. Red light at 660 nm and near-infrared at 850 nm, the same two wavelengths as the Red Light+ Mat.

Five levels, starting low

check_circle

It switches on at P1, the lowest of five, in continuous mode. Two pulse modes are one press away. If the warmth is more than you want, step down with the intensity control.

Read more about the routine

Ten minutes, awake, before the 9 a.m. call.

The kettle is on. The dog has been out. The 9 a.m. call is an hour away.

The blanket is laid flat where the manual says: somewhere clean, dry and flat. The two controllers and both adapters sit outside it, uncovered. You connected everything with the power off, then plugged in.

You lie inside in a T-shirt and leggings, close the upper panel over you and press the power button on each controller. They start at P1. This is your first session, so you take the timer down to 10 and leave the mode on continuous.

Some of the lights look dark. That is the 850 nm near-infrared, which the eye cannot see. You may notice warmth. You are awake, and you stay that way.

The timer ends it. You unplug, open the blanket and let it cool.

A different question.

The common question: Laser or regular?

The better question: How long, at what level, and how soon again?

The regular Blanket is the Laser Blanket without the laser modules: the same two panels, the same two wavelengths, the same timer and controls, at a lower price. Counts are easy to compare and tell you little about a Tuesday morning. This page leaves them out on purpose.

The factory documents answer the three questions that matter. A first session of ten minutes at P1. Then twenty to thirty minutes, with at least four hours between sessions. The timer holds you to the time, and each controller starts at the lowest level every time you switch it on.

Despite the name, it is not for sleeping.

The Red Light+ Blanket is a full-body blanket with a light panel under you and a light panel over you, two controllers, a timer and two power adapters. That is what it is. It has no laser modules; that is the Laser Blanket.

It is not for sleeping in. The manual says do not use it while sleeping. You stay awake and attentive, every session.

It is not a clinic and not a quick fix. It diagnoses nothing and promises no result. It is not for everyone. Some people should talk with a qualified healthcare professional first, and the list is in the questions below. Keep it away from children and pets.

You have been sold promises before. We would rather tell you what it is and how to use it, and leave the rest out.

Blanket vs. Before

Why Exodus Strong exists

He is healthier at 58 than he was at 44.

Rob Rene is the founder of Exodus Strong. He is 58. He survived a Stage III melanoma diagnosis and five near-death experiences, and he is healthier now than he was at 44. That is why Exodus Strong exists.

In the manual he writes: "The body is designed to restore itself when it is given the right conditions. Light is one of those conditions." And: "More is not better. Consistency is what carries this."

He built the company around one idea. A device is only as good as the routine that comes with it.

That is why this page gives you the first session, the session length and the gap between sessions before it gives you anything else. Simple is what gets kept. Rak Chazak.

Asked before buying

Is there a human I can call?

Yes. Call 972-777-5556 or email Support@ExodusStrong.com. If anything arrives missing or damaged, contact us before your first use, and do not attempt a repair.

What is the difference between this and the Laser Blanket?

The Laser Blanket adds laser modules to its light panels. This Blanket has none: triple-chip light at 660 and 850 nm only, with the same two panels, the same timer and the same controls, at a lower price.

Can I fall asleep in it?

No. It is not for sleeping in. The manual says do not use it while sleeping. Stay awake and attentive for the whole session. The timer shuts it off at the end of the time you set, and that does not change the rule.

How long and how often should I use it?

20 to 30 minutes per session, with at least 4 hours between sessions, 3 to 4 times a week. A suggested first session is 10 minutes at P1 in continuous mode. The timer runs to 90 minutes, but that is where it stops, not a target; the manual says do not go past 30 minutes in one session.

Some of the lights look dark. Is it broken?

No. Red light at 660 nm is visible. The 850 nm near-infrared light is invisible to the eye, so some lights do not appear lit. A partly dark panel is working normally.

Does it get warm?

Yes, it gets warm, and warmer at the higher levels. If it is more than you want, choose a lower intensity with the P1 to P5 controls. Do not cover the blanket with a quilt or another blanket while it runs.

What do I wear inside it?

Wear light, comfortable clothing, or expose the area of skin you want. Lie comfortably inside and close the upper panel without sharply folding the light surfaces.

What about my eyes?

Do not stare directly into the lit LEDs. Protective goggles are in the box; use them if you are light-sensitive.

Who should check with a professional first?

Talk with a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have photosensitivity or take photosensitizing medication, have had a seizure or lose consciousness with flashing light (the pulse modes flash), have an implanted electronic device, a serious medical condition or active cancer, or are under medical care. Stop use immediately if you feel excessive heat, if anything hurts, or if you notice dizziness, nausea, skin irritation or any unusual reaction. Not for children or pets.

Is there anything I should never do with it?

Keep the blanket, controllers, plugs and adapters away from water and moisture. Do not use it if any cable, connector, light surface, controller or adapter is damaged or unusually hot. Do not sharply fold, crease, puncture or compress the light surfaces, or put heavy objects on them. Keep the adapters and the controllers uncovered and ventilated. Use only the supplied adapters.

How do I clean and store it?

Switch off, unplug and let it cool. Wipe inside and out with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never immerse, machine-wash, dry-clean or bleach it; it is not waterproof. Air-dry fully before reconnecting. Store it flat in its storage bag, in a cool, dry place, not folded for long periods.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every Exodus Strong product comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, and that includes this one. For any question about it, call 972-777-5556 or email Support@ExodusStrong.com.
