Buying and payment
Is anything a subscription?
No device is. Every device is one payment and nothing renews. Fuel, the mists and the serum offer an optional Subscribe and Save that you can skip, change or cancel any time.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout on eligible orders, and each product page shows your options. Terms depend on the order and on Shop Pay.
How fast does it ship?
Orders typically ship within two business days from our warehouse in Plano, Texas, and you get a tracking number by email.
Is shipping free?
Free U.S. shipping on the Total Body Reset. Shipping for other orders is shown at checkout.
Using your devices
How long and how often?
Each device has its own limit: the mat 20 to 30 minutes, the Face Mask 5 minutes three days a week, the belt 10 minutes per area, the wand 2 to 5 minutes, the Cap and Crown 20 minutes. See the Safety page for the full table.
Can I use more than one device a day?
Yes. Keep each inside its own limit, with a little space between sessions.
Why do some lights look off?
Near-infrared light (850 nm and 1070 nm) is invisible to the human eye. A device that mixes red with near-infrared looks partly dark while it is fully on.
Do I need goggles?
Not for normal mat use. They are recommended if you are photosensitive, take light-sensitizing medication, or your doctor advises it. Use the glasses with the wand and the eye cover with the Face Mask.
What to expect, honestly
When will I notice anything?
Many people notice warmth, comfort and relaxation from the first mat session. For anything longer-term, consistent use over weeks is what matters. The Face Mask protocol runs eight weeks; the wand, give it about three weeks. Individual experiences vary.
What if nothing changes?
Check that you are inside the recommended times rather than under them, and running often enough to build a rhythm. Then call us: a real person will go through it with you.
Guarantee, warranty and support
How does the 60-day guarantee work?
Use it, following the sessions in the manual. If it isn't for you, contact us inside 60 days for a full refund.
What does the warranty cover?
Devices carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Folding the belt at a sharp angle damages the LEDs and voids its warranty.

The Light Code System
What is the Light Code System?
Four pillars in one daily rhythm: Light (red and near-infrared devices), Frequencies (the Frequency Relief Card and Mist+), Fuel (Exodus) and Faith (the Prayer Guide). Start with whichever you own.
Do I need to be religious?
No. Faith is the fourth pillar and it is optional. The light, the card and the plan work the same either way.
