You are not the problem.

The device was not the problem.

You have already paid for this once. A supplement you had to work to imagine was helping. A gadget that looked right, got used for two weeks and went into a drawer. Maybe you have been reading about red light for a month, got overwhelmed by the choices and closed the tab again.

So many devices arrive without a session length, a starting level or any word on how soon to go again. You are left to guess, and guessing gets tiring. That is not a lack of discipline. Nobody told you the dose.

The Red Light+ Laser Mat tells you before you buy. Twenty to thirty minutes. Start at P1. At least four hours between sessions.

Five parts. One session.

The Mat and what comes with it.

The Laser Mat. A full-body Mat you lie on, 180 x 80 cm. One surface holds LED lights and laser modules together.

The controller. A power button, intensity plus and minus, timer plus and minus, and a display that shows the operating status. It sets the mode, the level (P1 to P5) and the time (10 to 90 minutes).

The power adapter and cord. The Mat runs from a wall outlet through the supplied adapter. Use only that adapter, and never a power bank.

The protective glasses. One pair, in the box. Put them on before every session.

The user manual. The operation guide, the care steps and the cautions in one place.

Three steps. That is the whole session.

These are the steps in the user manual's operation guide, in the order you do them.

1

Set up

Lay the Mat flat on a dry, smooth floor. Connect the Mat to the controller, the controller to the power adapter, and the adapter to a wall outlet.

2

Session

Put on the protective glasses. Press power, choose continuous or a pulse mode, then set the timer and the intensity. Begin at P1. Do not look directly at the light.

3

Repeat

Twenty to thirty minutes per session, with at least four hours before the next one. Afterwards, wipe the Mat with a soft, dry towel.

What is already worked out for you

The session length is set

timer

Twenty to thirty minutes, with at least four hours between sessions. You do not research it or guess it each time. One less decision between you and lying down.

It starts at the lowest level

check_circle

The Mat switches on at P1, the lowest of five intensity levels, and that is where a first session begins. You move up with the plus button only when you choose to.

The timer does the watching

check_circle

Set the time before you lie down, from 10 to 90 minutes. The Mat shuts itself off when it ends. No clock to watch and nothing to come back and switch off.

One Mat, one surface

check_circle

The Mat is 180 x 80 cm, with LED lights and laser modules in the same surface. One thing to lay flat on the floor, and one session.

Glasses in the box

check_circle

A pair of protective glasses comes with the Mat. You put them on before every session, and you do not have to go and find a pair first.

Read more about the routine

Glasses on. Timer set. Nothing else to do.

The kettle is on. The dog has been out and is back in his basket. The 9 a.m. call is an hour away.

You lay the Mat flat on the living room floor and plug it in. Glasses on. You press power and it comes on at P1, with 30 on the timer. You take the timer down to 20 and lie down.

Part of the Mat looks dark. That is the near-infrared, which the eye cannot see. You may notice a mild warmth.

Nothing is being asked of you. The timer will end the session, so you do not watch the clock.

When it switches off, you wipe the Mat with a dry towel. The next session is at least four hours away. The kettle has gone cold. You put it on again.

A different question.

The common question: How many lights and lasers does it have?

The better question: How long, at what level, and how soon again?

Counts are easy to compare, and this page leaves them out on purpose. What decides whether a Mat stays in use is whether you know how long to lie on it, where to start and when the next session can be.

Those three answers come with this Mat. Twenty to thirty minutes. P1 first. At least four hours before the next session. The timer and the controller hold you to them, so the routine does not depend on your memory or on how the day went.

What this is, and what it is not.

The Red Light+ Laser Mat is a full-body Mat with LED lights and laser modules in one surface, a controller, a timer and a pair of protective glasses. That is what it is.

It is not a clinic and not a quick fix. It diagnoses nothing and promises no result. It is for adults only. It needs a dry floor and a wall outlet, and the glasses are part of every session. It comes with a session length and a gap between sessions, not a weekly schedule, and we will not invent one.

You have been sold promises before. So this page tells you what the Mat is and how to use it, and says nothing about what it will do for you. If it is not right for you, the 60-day money-back guarantee is there.

Laser Mat vs. Before

Why Exodus Strong exists

He is healthier at 58 than he was at 44.

Rob Rene is the founder of Exodus Strong. He is 58. He survived a Stage III melanoma diagnosis and five near-death experiences, and he is healthier now than he was at 44. That is why Exodus Strong exists.

In the manual he writes: "The body is designed to restore itself when it is given the right conditions. Light is one of those conditions." And: "More is not better. Consistency is what carries this."

He built the company around one idea. A device is only as good as the routine that comes with it.

That is why this page gives you the session length, the starting level and the gap between sessions before it gives you anything else. Simple is what gets kept. Rak Chazak.

Asked before buying

Is there a human I can call?

Yes. Call 972-777-5556 or email Support@ExodusStrong.com. If anything arrives missing or damaged, contact us before your first use, and do not attempt a repair.

How long and how often should I use it?

20 to 30 minutes per session, with at least 4 hours between sessions, so the Mat and its accessories do not overheat. The timer goes to 90 minutes, but that is where it stops, not a target. The factory documents give no weekly schedule, so we do not state one.

Where do I start?

At the lowest intensity, P1. The Mat switches on at P1 with the timer at 30 minutes. The timer moves in 10 minute steps, so you can bring it down to 20.

What is the difference between the two kinds of light?

Both are built into the same surface. There are six wavelengths in all: 630, 660, 830, 850, 940 and 1064 nm. Three of them, 660, 850 and 1064 nm, also come from laser modules, which send their light in a narrow beam. All six come from the LED lights, which spread theirs over a wide angle.

Some of the lights look dark. Is the Mat working?

Yes. Red light is visible. Near-infrared wavelengths are invisible to the eye, so some lights do not appear lit. A partly dark Mat is working normally.

Does it get warm?

The Mat generates mild heat while it runs. If it is more than you want, choose a lower intensity with the P1 to P5 controls. The manual says the Mat can be used in direct contact with skin, and suggests fitness clothing if you are sensitive to heat.

Do I need to wear the glasses?

Yes. Put on the supplied protective glasses before a session, and do not look directly at the light when the Mat is on. One pair comes in the box.

Can I run it from a power bank?

No. Wall outlet only, through the supplied adapter. Use only that adapter. Lay the Mat flat on a dry, smooth floor within reach of the outlet.

Is there anything I should not do with it?

It is for adult use only. Keep it out of reach of children. Do not wear metal accessories in the area against the Mat, because metal can heat up. Do not use it with heating creams or ointments. Do not cover it with quilts or blankets during a session. Do not disassemble or modify it. If it keeps running after the timer ends, stop using it and contact support.

How do I look after it?

Wipe the surface with a soft, dry towel after each session. If fog or condensation appears inside, let the Mat dry completely before the next session. No wet cloth, no liquid cleaner, and never immerse it. The Mat is not waterproof. Do not leave it folded for long periods.

What if it will not start?

Check that every plug is fully inserted and that the adapter and controller have power, then press the power button briefly. If it still will not start, call 972-777-5556 or email Support@ExodusStrong.com.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every Exodus Strong product comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, and that includes this Mat. For any question about it, call 972-777-5556 or email Support@ExodusStrong.com.
