Exodus Red Light+ Mat

The Exodus Red Light+ Mat, switched on

Exodus Red Light+ Mat

Start here.

Everything you need for your first session, in the order you need it.

Your first session

The mat laid flat on a wooden floor
1Lay it flat on the floor

A dry, smooth, level floor. Not a bed, not a sofa, not carpet with a heater under it. Connect the controller to the connection point on the mat.

The mat glowing red
2Plug it into the wall

Controller to the adapter, adapter to a wall outlet. Never a power bank, never an extension cord. Press power and the mat comes on.

Brightness stepping from lowest to full
3Set the time, then the brightness

Set your timer first, so the mat switches itself off. Then choose a brightness level. Start on the lowest. Some models add pulse modes; your manual explains what they do and when to use them.

The mat, unrolled, lit
4Lie down

Bare skin is best, light clothing is fine. Back first, or your stomach; the mat covers whichever side is against it. Many people split a session, half on each. Read something while it runs. Stillness is part of the session.

5Put it away

When the timer ends, switch off. Open the protective cover, wipe the inner surface with a clean lint-free cloth, and let it dry completely. Then fold or roll it the way it arrived and store it out of reach of children.

Start short and low. More is not better. Your first week is about letting your skin and eyes get used to the light, and finding out how your body responds. Your printed manual carries the session guide for your model. Follow that, not the timer's maximum.

Safety, before you start

Talk with your doctor first if
  • You are pregnant
  • You have a pacemaker or another implanted device
  • You take photosensitizing medication
  • You have a light-sensitive medical condition

Never:

  • Cover the mat with a quilt, blanket or anything heavy during a session. It traps heat
  • Use it on a bed, sofa or any soft surface. Floor only
  • Use it in or near water. It is not waterproof
  • Use heating creams or ointments such as menthol or capsaicin with it
  • Use it on infants or children
  • Power it from a power bank or an extension cord
  • Open, disassemble or repair it yourself. That voids the warranty and can cause electric shock

The surface gets warm at higher levels. If that is more than you want, drop a level or lie on the mat through light clothing. Brief indirect exposure to the light is normal. Goggles are optional, and recommended if you are photosensitive, take light-sensitizing medication, or your doctor advises it. If anything feels wrong, stop first and ask second.

The full safety section, cleaning and storage, and troubleshooting are in your printed manual.

Four pillars. One daily rhythm.

The body restores itself when it is given the right conditions, and no single input does that work alone. The mat is the first pillar. Here is where the other three come from.

The mat

Light

Your Red Light+ Mat

The foundation, and the longest session in the system. Red and near-infrared light across the whole body at once.

In your box
The Frequency Relief Card

Frequencies

The Frequency Relief Card

Passive, carried through the day, nothing to run or time. Keep it dry, do not bend or fold it, and keep it out of a wallet where it will crease.

In your box
Exodus Fuel

Fuel

Exodus Fuel

Daily nutritional support alongside your sessions. It is not required for the mat to do its work; it is the third pillar if you want it.

Faith

The Prayer Guide

An intention, a verse and a declaration for each day. Read one entry while the mat runs. Light and stillness in the same session is the whole idea. Free, and yours whether or not you own anything else.

Which mat do you have?

Exodus makes more than one Red Light+ Mat, and they differ in size, light count and controller. Your model number is printed on the label on the unit. Your printed manual is written for that model and carries its session guide, its specifications and its troubleshooting. When you write to us, tell us the model and we can help faster.

Need a hand?

Most of what looks like a fault is not one. Adapter in a wall outlet, controller fully seated, try another outlet. Then call us. We answer every message ourselves.
