If you have shopped with us before, the site looks different today. The products are the same, and so are the people behind them. What changed is how it is organized, and two things we added.

The old home page led with us. The new one leads with you: your skin, your sleep, your energy, recovery after long days, and the everyday aches you have been putting up with. The menu and the home page are organized by goal: full-body recovery, skin and face, everyday aches, sleep and wind-down, and daily energy. Pick the one that matters most and the right products are already in front of you.
The face mask, and what the FDA cleared
Our Red Light+ Face Mask is FDA-cleared for full-face wrinkles (510(k) K243978). That fact now sits right under the home page hero and at the top of the mask's page, with the protocol it was cleared on: up to five minutes a session, three days a week, for eight weeks.
New: the Research Library
We built a research library and put it on the site at exodusstrong.com/research. It indexes the published research on red light therapy and photobiomodulation, with every record linked to its original source. No product claims, no buy buttons, just the studies and where to read them. Reviewed summaries by an independent expert are the next step.
Three pages we wanted you to have
Safety and who should check first. Frequently asked questions, written from the questions you actually send us. And Learn, a plain-language explainer on red light therapy, what the wavelengths mean, and how a session works.
The Light Code System, explained in one place
Light, Frequencies, Fuel and Faith are the four pillars, and the fourth is always optional. The Light Code System page walks through how the pillars fit together as one daily routine.
What did not change
