Exodus Red Light+ Face Mask
1 Pack
$197.00
Three steps. Five minutes at most.
The manual's eight short steps, grouped into three.
1
Get ready
Charge the controller until the display shows three solid bars. Come to the mask with clean, dry, bare skin. No makeup, no sunscreen, no heavy oils.
2
Session
Connect the mask and hold power for 2 to 3 seconds. Choose a mode, a brightness and a time from 1 to 5 minutes. Fit the mask, fasten the straps and let it run.
3
Finish and repeat
Switch off with one firm click. Wipe the inside with a damp cloth, let it cool and store it in the bag. Three days a week, for eight weeks.
What five minutes with a plan gives you
The dose is already set
check_circle
The timer runs from one to five minutes in one-minute steps, and the manual says five is the maximum and more is not better. You never have to wonder whether you are doing too much or too little.
Three days, not seven
check_circle
The manual's schedule is 3 days a week for 8 weeks. You choose your three days once and stop renegotiating with yourself each morning. The days off are part of the plan.
A suggested mode to start
check_circle
Not sure which light to choose? The manual suggests Red1 plus near-infrared: press M once so the display reads Y, then press NIR. One less decision on day one.
Five minutes that belong to you

The blindfolds go in, the straps fasten, and for the length of the session there is nothing to read, nothing to scroll and nowhere else to be. That is the whole point.

Read more about the routine
The five minutes before the day starts.
The dog is at the door. The phone already shows three notifications. In forty minutes you have a call you cannot move.
You used to have something that was yours before the day became everyone else's. Somewhere it got crowded out.
Your face is washed and dry, with nothing on it. The controller was charged last night and shows three solid bars. You connect the mask, hold the power button, and the display wakes in red. One press of M, then NIR. You set five minutes, fit the mask and fasten the straps. With the blindfolds in, there is nothing to look at and nothing to read.
For five minutes there is no screen to check and no one asking you for anything. Then one firm click, a damp cloth over the inside, and the mask goes back in its bag. The call is still at nine. But you were here first.
Five minutes, three mornings a week
The kettle is on. The dog has been out. You have maybe twenty minutes before the day asks something of you, and you have learned to take a few of them first.
You sit down, put the mask on and set the mode. The room is still. You are not scrolling, not answering, not deciding anything. You are just sitting in the light while the five minutes runs.
Then you take it off and get on with it. The 9 a.m. call, the school run, whatever is first. The five minutes happened, it was not complicated, and you will do it again on Thursday.
A mask, a timer and a schedule.
The Red Light+ Face Mask is an FDA-cleared light mask with 8 wavelengths, a five-minute limit and an eight-week schedule. That is what it is.
It is not a clinic and not a quick fix, and it promises no result. More is not better, so the timer does not go past five minutes. It is for adults over 18, for one person only, and it is not waterproof. The manual lists who should not use it at all, and that list is printed in full in the FAQ. If in doubt, ask a dermatologist or specialist first.
You have been burned before by things that overpromised, so you already know how to read a page like this. We wrote it for exactly that reader: the limit, the schedule and who should skip it, all before you pay. If it is still not right, you have 60 days to tell us.

You want a reason to believe before you buy
You do not have to take our word for it. The Red Light+ Face Mask is cleared by the FDA under K243978, and no other Exodus product carries that. It runs 8 wavelengths in four bands, red, near-infrared, blue and violet, from a small rechargeable controller, and a session tops out at five minutes.
Come to it with clean, bare skin, fasten the straps behind your head, and sit still. Three days a week for eight weeks is the whole schedule, and the manual is blunt that five minutes is the limit and more is not better. One payment of $197, sixty days to decide, and a real person answers the phone.
Built to be used.
The mask, the controller and the schedule.
The Face Mask. The white mask with the gold laurel design. FDA-cleared, with 8 wavelengths in four bands: violet, blue, red and near-infrared. It is the Light pillar of the Light Code System, applied to the face.
The controller. A separate handset with six buttons: power, mode, near-infrared, intensity, and the timer up and down. Three brightness levels, and a timer you set from 1 to 5 minutes. It charges from its USB cable before you connect it to the mask.
The straps and blindfolds. Three sets of fastening straps go round the back of the head and adjust with Velcro. Two blindfolds sit in the eye cavities, so your eyes are covered for the session.
The charging cable and storage bag. The cable charges the controller by USB until the display shows three solid bars. The bag is where the mask lives between sessions.
The user manual. The schedule itself: up to five minutes a session, three days a week, for eight weeks. It also suggests a mode to start with, so your first session is not a guess.
The red and red plus near-infrared modes are cleared for the treatment of full-face wrinkles.

The dose
Why five minutes, and not more
Five minutes is the session length the Red Light+ Face Mask was cleared at, three days a week for eight weeks. Its manual says never to go past five minutes in one session. More is not better.
If you also own the Red Light+ Mat, keep their times separate. The mat's 20 to 30 minutes never applies to your face.

A different question
Not more LEDs. A better plan.
The common question: How many LEDs does it have?
The better question: What will you still be doing in week six?
So many masks compete on LED counts. A bigger number is easy to print on a box, and it does not tell you how long to wear the mask or how often. We asked what it takes to keep a routine going past the first two weeks. The answer was not more hardware. It was a dose, a schedule and an honest explanation of why the limits exist.
The Red Light+ Face Mask is FDA-cleared, and its manual sets the dose: up to five minutes, three days a week, for eight weeks. In the manual's words, "Five minutes is not a suggestion and more is not better." Consistency across the eight weeks matters more than any single session. Week six is already on the schedule.
Eight weeks, the cleared protocol
Individual experiences vary.
Weeks 1 to 2
Build the habit: five minutes, three days a week. Pick your three days now.
Weeks 3 to 6
Stay on schedule. This is the stretch where routines slip.
Weeks 7 to 8
The cleared protocol runs eight weeks. Judge it then.

Why this exists
He is healthier at 58 than he was at 44.
Rob Rene is 58. He survived a Stage III melanoma diagnosis and five near-death experiences, and he is healthier now than he was at 44. That is why Exodus Strong exists.
In the manual he writes: "The body is designed to restore itself when it is given the right conditions. Light is one of those conditions." And: "More is not better. Consistency is what carries this."
He built the company around one idea. A device is only as good as the routine that comes with it. So the Red Light+ Face Mask comes with its routine written down: up to five minutes, three days a week, for eight weeks.
He kept it simple because simple is what gets kept. Rak Chazak.
My husband and I love our mat and face masks. I love this company. I want to be truthful about something...I recently did not recommend your devices to a family member because of all of the spelling errors in the literature and on the displays. I felt that those many errors would turn her off and she would not treat your company as a first-rate company. I'm not sure if anyone has brought this up to you before. I would be willing to help you edit the errors so that the quality of your literature reaches the same high standard as your devices.
Asked before buying
Is this one payment or a subscription?
One payment. One mask is $197, and nothing renews or is charged again. It is also sold as a 2 Pack for $324 and a 4 Pack for $499, each a single payment.
Is there a human I can call?
Yes. Call 972-777-5556 or email Support@ExodusStrong.com. The manual says, "We answer every message ourselves." If anything is missing or damaged, contact us before you use the device, and do not open or repair it yourself.
Is it FDA-cleared?
Yes. The Red Light+ Face Mask, model SR-M4, has FDA 510(k) clearance K243978. That is a number you can look up on the FDA website yourself. It is the white mask with the gold laurel design, for adults over 18.
How long and how often should I use it?
1 to 5 minutes a session, set in one-minute steps, 3 days a week, for 8 weeks. Never more than 5 minutes in one session: five minutes is the dose the device was cleared at, more is not better, and the limit does not change based on how a session feels. Consistency across the eight weeks matters far more than the length of any single session.
Which mode should I choose?
M steps through Red1 (display Y), Blue (display B) and Red2 (display R). NIR adds near-infrared with or without another mode. If you are unsure, the manual suggests Red1 plus near-infrared: press M once so the display reads Y, then press NIR. Start at the lowest brightness in your first week.
I pressed NIR and see no extra light. Is it broken?
No. Near-infrared is invisible to the human eye, so you may not see it light up. A mask running near-infrared only can look as if it is off. That is normal and does not mean the mask is faulty.
What should be on my skin?
Nothing. Clean, dry, bare skin, with no makeup, no sunscreen and no heavy oils. Anything sitting on the surface is something the light has to get through first. Prep Serum and Frequency Mist+ Radiance are optional add-ons, not in the mask box. The serum goes on clean, dry skin before the session, with about sixty seconds to absorb. The mist is a pass across the face and neck afterwards.
How do I charge it?
Connect the controller to its USB cable, plug it into a wall plug and charge until you see three solid bars. Do not use the mask while it is charging. If it will not turn on, check that the cable is fully seated, charge the controller, and hold the power button for at least 2 to 3 seconds.
Can I use it on the same day as the Mat or another device?
Yes, but run one device at a time and keep each inside its own limit. The mask is a five-minute device. Never carry the Mat's times across to it.
Can I rinse it, or use it in the bath?
No. The mask is not waterproof. Never use it near water, in a bath or a pool, with wet hands, or on damp skin. After each session wipe the inside with a damp cloth, let it cool and store it in the bag. Never rinse or soak it, and use no alcohol, bleach, scented oils or dishwasher.
Is it safe for me?
Do not use the mask if you use retinoids or any other medication that causes photosensitivity, are having anti-inflammatory therapy, are pregnant, are under 18, are a cancer patient or have suspicious or cancerous lesions, receive injected steroids or use topical steroids, have serious health problems, or have a heart condition or a pacemaker. Certain fragrances and essential oils may also be a reason not to use it. If in doubt, ask a dermatologist or specialist first. Do not look directly into the lights or at their reflection in a mirror. Do not use it on open wounds, or if you are allergic to silicone or ABS. Stop and speak to your doctor if itching or tingling lasts more than an hour after a session. Nothing in the manual overrides the instructions of your doctor.
How does the guarantee work?
There is a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the mask is not for you, contact us inside 60 days. The manual also gives a one-year limited warranty: repair or replacement, at our option, for 12 months from the date of purchase if the device is defective in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not cover batteries.
