There is not enough surface area to cover the whole crown of the head.
The awkwardness of the leather pouch holding the battery makes it hard to wear the cap securely on the head. When the heat button is activated there is a sensation of burning heat on the head.
I will be returning this item for a full refund. I hope Exodus Strong will soon make the appropriate corrections to this product so it can be more helpful in its intended use.
