I placed my full-sized red-LED-light mat on a similar sized 3 inch thick foam pad, both on the floor. Whenever I take an afternoon nap now I lay on the energized mat set for 30 minutes. Of first note: the directions are poor. Sadly. One booklet is a cream color with light gold tiny font. We had to use a magnifying glass to read it. Because this is shown on our body, we consider it something to take seriously. We suggest you put together all the information you can into a booklet for the bed. One for the face mask. One for the wand. We've found ourselves reading other seller's information. Sadly. Even if you could correct your information, ie,. unanswered questions in a new booklet, we would deeply appreciate it. How long can we expect the lights to work? In using my hand wand, I notice two very bright spots (even though there are 3 bulbs in the wand) and surrounding the two bright spots is a dimmer circumference. I try to locate the bright spots on the area of my hands that are especially painful. I have noticed relief there. Does one have to use the wand for the rest of their lives to keep one's hands from pain? Are there any CONS to using the red light therapy? My daughter has POTS and I do not want to aggravate any of her symptoms, yet I'd like her to try the red light blanket. What do you suggest? So little information you have given us. I’ve only used the mat, daily for 20 to 30 minutes for each session, for about a week now. It’s really too early to tell any changes but the warmth leaves me feeling calm. I have been using the mat for 6 days now, and I feel sure that it's really going to be a blessing to me. I hav arthritis in my back, so my chiropractor can't adjust me anymore. My spine needs it but that can't be done due to the arthritis around most of my vertebraes, so my spine is in a locked position now. I've had scolois since my teens, but then my spine was still pliable and I was helped with migraine headaches that I had for many years too. I'm sure looking forward to having less back pain as I continue using the mat daily!

Hello. I'm grateful to you for asking how I'm doing with my new red light therapy mat. I love it! I bought it because I had a stroke. Over 3 years ago, a blood clot from a leg injury travelled to my brain stem. I was paralyzed on my left side and as I began to regain sensation I realized that the nerves were affected. I have suffered severe nerve pain in my leg all these years. About 9 months ago I came up with a regimen that helped me make it through the day. Received the product. There was a note attached stating due to heavy response, the face serum would be sent once back in stock. The face serum is for the red light face therapy. We have waited 3 and a half weeks with no product. Sent an email asking when to expect shipment. Received response to make sure that we didn’t overlook product in the original package. As stated, your company has sent a note the product would be sent once in stock. Almost 2 weeks out and still no serum. Not sure but the instructions state that the serum is to be used with the face red light therapy. The Matt itself works fine.

I did not receive an email with instructions on your 6 week reset. I want this so I can use the product effectively. Also, your instructions should be written by people who speak English as their first language. The instruction are grammatical incorrect and hard to follow and they need more explanation as to the different frequencies. I have used the product but am considering returning it and finding a company that provides more in depth assistance to use the product to get the best results.

Prior to the mat, my lower back hurt/was too fatigued to walk 2 blocks. After using it twice the pain was gone!
