Is there a place where I can email with questions about the red light therapy mat
I did not receive an email with instructions on your 6 week reset. I want this so I can use the product effectively. Also, your instructions should be written by people who speak English as their first language. The instruction are grammatical incorrect and hard to follow and they need more explanation as to the different frequencies. I have used the product but am considering returning it and finding a company that provides more in depth assistance to use the product to get the best results.

Prior to the mat, my lower back hurt/was too fatigued to walk 2 blocks. After using it twice the pain was gone! (I overdid exercising and pain came back - lesson learned, but pain left as I continued using the mat). My husband and I share one mat and one wand. We love it. I want to get one for our daughter (High School Dance Teacher) who works ridiculously hard physically every day. We didn’t know if it would work so we could not justify buying a 2nd one without trying first. We have to wait to get the 2nd one due to cost so in the meantime she is trying to come each day to use the mat. We really do love it.
I had a compression fracture of L4 about a year ago. Walking was very hard and I had pain. But with just one 30 minutes on pad, when I walked I had no pain!! I was so so so happy! There is not enough surface area to cover the whole crown of the head. The awkwardness of the leather pouch holding the battery makes it hard to wear the cap securely on the head. When the heat button is activated there is a sensation of burning heat on the head. I will be returning this item for a full refund. I hope Exodus Strong will soon make the appropriate corrections to this product so it can be more helpful in its intended use.

I take Exodus one table daily at night seems to help my sleep.. If my knees or sciatica flare up I take 2 a day and maybe 2 X daily for couple of days. Most of the time I can tell an improvement in the pain in an hour or so of taking it.

Long story short, I was scheduled to have 2 MRIs done on one day and day of, prior to appointment, I saw Rob on Amanda Grace's show and was very interested. I want to be truthful about something...I recently did not recommend your devices to a family member because of all of the spelling errors in the literature and on the displays. I felt that those many errors would turn her off and she would not treat your company as a first-rate company. I'm not sure if anyone has brought this up to you before. I would be willing to help you edit the errors so that the quality of your literature reaches the same high standard as your devices.
